Clubs this Term

Lunchtime Clubs

Throughout the year we have had lunchtime clubs (Lego, Book club), run by Elm class students. There are currently no clubs running this term but watch this space for more coming next term.

After School Clubs

Our after school clubs run from 3-4pm. We try to offer a range of different clubs during the school year. 

Football - a KS2 Football Club run by our sports coaches and helps to prepare pupils for competing in inter-school and county football tournaments.

Multi-skills - run by an external coach and helps children to develop the skills required to play a range of sports such as rugby, football, tennis etc.

Netball/Cricket Club – run by our sports coaches for Year 2 - Year 6 children. Children have the opportunity to develop their skills and apply these in game situations.  In the summer term we switch netball for Cricket.

Running Club – run by our Head and a parent volunteer. The children run around the village and through the local countryside.

Craft club - this is run by a parent volunteer, and is very popular.  There is currently a waiting list to join this term.

Provision of these clubs changes depending on demand and season.

We are constantly reviewing our club offerings as we appreciate not only the importance of extra-curricular activities to our pupils’ education but also the helpfulness of on-site after school clubs to help families juggle their work, home and family commitments.  If you have any s
